Deposit
A US$500 refundable damage deposit is required. 25% non-refundable deposit is payable to secure booking, balance to be paid 60 days prior to arrival for high season, and 45 days prior to arrival for low season bookings.

Maid and laundry service is provided.
The villa rates include:
- all staff salaries
- ground transportation to and from the airport.
Service charge is not included in your rental, so please reward staff for service.
Minimun Stay: 5 days / High Season 7 days, children under the age of 2 years don’t count for rate purposes.
